CONVALIDAÇÕES DOS DIPLOMAS DE TEOLOGIA - A LUTA CONTINUA

Saudações a todos os amigos que acessam ao blog Avivamento Global ! Neste dia 10/03/2017 mais uma vez abordamos a um assunto já abordado anteriormente que é a Extinção da possibilidade de Alunos de Cursos livres de Teologia ministrados através do ensino presencial ( nas igrejas e seminários) e à distância ( EAD) realizarem a convalidação de seus diplomas em outras universidades credenciadas junto ao MEC , no que se chamava " INTEGRALIZAÇÃO DE CRÉDITOS".

Conforme se viu na PETIÇÃO pública, localizada neste link, várias pessoas sentiram-se e sentem-se lesadas pelo próprio Estado, pois querendo ou não , lhes foi tirado um direito que tinha amparo legal e não causava prejuízos ao país ! Porém o que se enxerga é que o Estado tira o direito do cidadão trabalhador que quer estudar Teologia e Convalidar seu diploma ... E dá direitos a pessoas que vivem a margem da lei como homicidas, ladrões, traficantes, etc...

O Avivamento Global novamente reitera seu total apoio em favor dos de Curso Livres de Teologia e que hoje estão sem o direito de seguir seus estudos com a integralização de créditos e recorre para que o Congresso Nacional entre com pedido junto ao MEC ( Ministério da Educação ) para que o referido Órgão anule a homologação do despacho de 06/09/2016 que pôs fim a CONVALIDAÇÃO dos créditos e dos diplomas de quem se formar Bacharel em Teologia em Cursos Livres em Instituições de Teologia na classificação Presencial e EAD ( Ensino a Distancia ).

Os alunos dos referidos cursos sentem-se lesados por estar fazendo um curso aonde se dedicam ao máximo, correm atrás de estágios voluntários em Igrejas que são as atividades complementares que o Curso Livre exige de carga horárias e simplesmente por pura falta de consideração com a classe estudantil de Teologia, e agora com este despacho o MEC homologa o fim as convalidações por ter se passado simplesmente 10 anos da portaria lançada em 2004; 
Portaria esta que de forma legal realizou o sonho de muitos alunos que sonhavam em ter um nível superior e assim alcançar um emprego melhor com uma boa formação acadêmica. 




Defendemos e apoiamos a prorrogação das convalidações até o ano de 2020, e que seja amplamente divulgado por estas Instituições de Teologia de nível Livre  de Curso de Bacharel em Teologia de carga superior a 1.500hs.

Acreditamos inclusive que MEC deveria facilitar o credenciamento junto ao respectivo Órgão Educacional para se formalizarem como Instituições de Ensino Superior; desde que tivessem toda estrutura necessária para seus funcionamentos e principalmente que oferecessem preços justos aos seus futuros alunos.
Assim, os alunos que hoje cursam Teologia nas Instituições de Teologia na classificação Presencial e EAD podem se adequar as novas regras e não sairiam no prejuízo. 

Estes alunos não optaram por Cursar Teologia na Modalidade Bacharel Livre por isso por ser uma “manobra legal” e sim por que o tempo corre contra eles mesmos e os mesmos anseiam em dar essa alegria as suas famílias, amigos e quem sabe aos seus futuros alunos caso optem por seguir carreira como profissional da Educação ou façam especialização em psicanálise. 

Esta foi a resposta recebida pelo signatário do BLOG, que a época procurou junto ao ex-deputado federal Zequinha Marinho para que pudesse tentar junto ao MEC um maior tempo para se tratar do assunto das Convalidações em Teologia.
Agora vamos continuar lutando por vocês alunos(as) ! Junto aos deputados que compõem as bancadas cristãs e evangélicas na Câmara dos Deputados Federais em Brasília e só vamos sossegar quando recebermos um posicionamento definitivo e que vá em favor dos alunos que precisam estudar.

As seen in the public PETITION, located in this link, several people felt and feel injured by the state itself, because whether or not they were taken a right that had legal protection and did not cause damage to the country! But what we see is that the State takes away the right of the working citizen who wants to study Theology and Convalidate his diploma ... And gives rights to people living on the margins of law as homicides, thieves, traffickers, etc ...

The Global Revival once again reiterates its full support in favor of Free Course in Theology and today they are not entitled to follow their studies with the payment of credits and recourse so that the National Congress enters request with the Ministry of Education (MEC) So that said organ annul the homologation of the order of 09/09/2016 that put an end to the INTEGRALIZATION of the credits and the diplomas of those who graduate Bachelor in Theology in Free Courses in Institutions of Theology in the Classification and Distance Learning (EAD) .

The students of these courses feel hurt because they are doing a course where they are dedicated to the maximum, they run after voluntary stages in Churches that are the complementary activities that the Free Course demands of hourly load and simply by pure lack of consideration with the class Student of Theology, and now with this order the MEC homologates the end the validations for having simply passed 10 years of the decree launched in 2004;
Ordinance that legally fulfilled the dream of many students who dreamed of having a higher level and thus achieve a better job with a good academic background.




We defend and support the extension of the validations until the year 2020, and that it is widely disseminated by these Free-Course Theology Institutions of Bachelor's Degree in Theology with a load higher than 1,500 hours.





We also believe that MEC ( Ministry of Education) should facilitate the accreditation with the respective Educational Organ to formalize as Higher Education Institutions; Provided they had all the necessary structure for their workings and mainly that they offered fair prices to their future students.
Thus, the students who today study Theology in the Institutions of Theology in Classification Face-to-face and EAD( distance learning) can adapt to the new rules and not leave to the prejudice.




These students did not choose to study Theology in the Free Bachelor's Degree because of being a "legal maneuver", but because time runs against themselves and they yearn to give this joy to their families, friends and maybe to their future students If they choose to pursue a career as an Education professional or to specialize in psychoanalysis.



 This was the response received by the BLOG signatory, who at the time sought the former federal deputy Zequinha Marinho so that he could try together with the MEC a longer time to deal with the subject of Convalidations in Theology.
Now let's continue fighting for you students! Together with the deputies that make up the Christian and Evangelical seats in the Federal Chamber of Deputies in Brasilia and we will only settle when we receive a definite position and go in favor of the students who need to study.
